With over 35 years of experience, Terri values the ever growing education of the Salon and Spa industry. Terri has studied all over the world to master her craft. She began with Mark Frank in Cleveland Ohio, then moved to Rocco Altobelli & Jon English in St. Paul Minnesota, and then to Vidal Sassoon in Glasgow, Scotland.
When she isn’t training and educating you can find her working on her creative talents in arts and crafts. She loves living in Hayward where she enjoys the beauty of the Northwoods.

Madi grew up in Stone Lake, WI, and now resides in Spooner, WI. She attended Northwood Tech in Rice lake, WI.
When Madi isn’t working she enjoys doing makeup, painting, and working out. Madi’s yellow lab Tucker is her everything and brings comfort and joy into her life.
Madi loves to help create “the perfect blonde”, but also specializes in anything you’re looking for! If you’re looking for a new color or to brighten your blonde Madi is your girl!
