CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to all Salon Soleil team members. The time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notices for appointment changes and for cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and ensure the best quality and service for all established and future clientele.

CONFIRMATION EMAILS
As a courtesy, we send out an email to confirm your service appointments two business days prior to your appointment date. We understand how easy it may be to forget an appointment, therefore, all our appointments are confirmed 48 hours prior via email for your convenience. Please ensure that we have your current email address on file to take full advantage of this courtesy. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and help us service our guests better by providing enough notice to avoid any cancellation fees.

Service Guarantee

Salon Soleil rarely, if ever, offers refunds for completed services. Clients who simply change their mind about the look/style they want to achieve and/or desire additional services will be charged for those services.

If clients are dissatisfied, Salon Soleil will make reasonable efforts to make adjustments at no cost to the client under the following conditions:

  1. The client must notify the salon about the issue within 3 days of the date the service was originally performed.

  2. The client’s request for an adjustment is not due to the fact that they simply changed their mind about the look/style, and/or service that they wanted.

  3. Clients must make an appointment to return to the salon within 14 days of the date the service was performed.

  4. All service adjustments must be approved by the Salon owner.

Please note:

  • Failure to return to the salon for an adjustment within 14 days of the date the original service was performed will effectively nullify the service guarantee.

  • Any attempt by the client or others to "fix" the issue will effectively nullify the service guarantee.

Thank you for your understanding; we look forward to seeing you in the salon again soon!
