WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU
COME TO THE SALON
Before coming in –
We kindly ask you to stay in your vehicle, we want to keep everyone's safety in mind and respect social distancing. We will come out to your vehicle when we are ready and assist you inside.
Please wear a mask & Sanitize Hands.
When entering Salon Soleil –
Someone will greet you in the hallway and you will be asked to sign a waiver, please see below and read thru the waiver so you know what to expect prior to signing.
You will be asked the following questions:
- Have you had a cough?
- Have you had a fever?
- Have you been around anyone with these symptoms within the past 14 days?
- Have you traveled anywhere outside of the United States within the past 14 days?
- Are you living with anyone that is sick or quarantined?
They will also be taking your temperature, if it exceeds past 99.0 we have to, unfortunately, ask you to reschedule.
In the Salon –
All stylists and front desk will be wearing masks, along with keeping up with sanitizing stations between each client. Our Salon has been deep cleaned and has implemented enhanced sanitization measures.
We will have each station sectioned off for each clients’ protection.
During this time, we will not be offering Blowouts. We would also ask that you come with previously shampooed hair.
Our retail section with be closed off, the front desk will be happy to grab your product you want to purchase for you.
If you don’t have an appointment, please call to book, we are not allowing people to walk in to book an appointment. We are not allowing online booking at this time, as we have clients that had prior appointments booked that we need to accommodate due to Covid-19.
Any retail purchases without an appointment must call, order and pay over the phone for curbside pick up.
We ask that you pay with debit/credit, if you are not able to we will accept cash payments.

Guest liability release:
RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND AGREEMENT NOT TO SUE, INDEMNIFICATION, HOLD HARMLESS, LIMITATION OF WARRANTY.
We all know these are uncertain times. The risks of Covid-19 are not well understood and there is controversy among the experts and how the virus can spread and definitely insignificantly determining whether anyone has a virus at any moment in time.
In consideration for providing haircuts and color, by signing below you agreed to accept all responsibility for the risk that you may contract Covid-19. While we are taking our safety and that of our staff very seriously, by employing new safety and sanitation intervals, we cannot guarantee that any of these measures will completely protect you from contracting Covid-19.
I agree that if I take any steps to make a claim for damages against Salon Soleil, it’s agents, employees or any other released parties arising out of my respect of haircut and color services during my visit to Salon Soleil facilities, I should be obligated to pay all attorney’s fees and costs incurred as a result of such claim.
I acknowledge that I can go elsewhere to have my haircut and colored, and I acknowledge that Salon Soleil is not the only hair salon where I can have my haircut and colored. By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I am free to go to other salons who may not require my agreement to accept ￼responsibility for contracting COVID-19 and I chose to have haircut and color services.
Salon Soleil reopen changes for Lisa starting Monday, May 18th
All the guidelines posted for Salon Soleil will be applied to Lisa other than a few changes.
Lisa will now be booking appointments online. Please contact the salon at 715-934-2072 or book your appointment on our online booking found on our website at salonsoleilhayward.com. You will need to follow all the guidelines that we posted for Salon Soleil as far as entering the salon.
Lisa will still be accepting cash and check from her clients.
